WHAT IS IT?

The student card or Intelligent University Card (Tarjeta Universitaria Inteligente, TUI) is a personal ID for students, professors and administrative and services staff that is automatically issued when you become a part of the HTSI-URL university community. This card does not work as a bank card, and any queries can be sent to tarjetauniversitaria@gruposantander.com

In addition, the International Student/Teacher/Staff Identity Card (ISIC) allows for use of the ID by students, professors and administrative and services staff on an international level.

BENEFITS OF THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT/TEACHER/STAFF IDENTITY CARD

The International Student Identity Card is valid as long as you are an active student.

 

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING THE INTELLIGENT UNIVERSITY CARD (TUI) 

The TUI card is automatically processed when you become a part of the HTSI-URL community. Once your card is received, you will receive a notice to come and pick it up.

 

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT/TEACHER/STAFF IDENTITY CARD  

  1. Make payment of the renewal fee in cash or by card at General Services (office 109) or Administration (office 110), or through the Online Store
  2. Formalize your request at the ICT Services (office 205), providing proof of payment.

The ICT Services will contact you when the card is received.

 

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING A DUPLICATE INTELLIGENT UNIVERSITY (TUI) 

You can request a duplicate Intelligent University Card in case of loss of the card. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Make payment of the renovation fee by card through the Online Store.
  2. Formalize your request at the ICT Services (office 205), providing proof of payment.

The ICT Services will contact you when the new card is received.

 

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING A DUPLICATE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT/TEACHER/STAFF IDENTITY CARD    

You can request a duplicate International Student/Teacher/Staff Identity Card in case of loss of the card. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Make payment of the renovation fee in cash or by card at General Services (office 109), Administration (office 110), or through the Online Store.
  2. Formalize your request at the ICT Services (office 205) bringing proof of payment.
